Rob Ozinga

Rob Ozinga currently serves as Operationeel Regiomanager at Stiho and DSG, both since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Rob held the position of Operationeel Manager at Ahold/Etos from May 2002 to November 2023, overseeing 26 direct store managers and 375 indirect employees across 33 locations, achieving significant improvements in customer and employee satisfaction. Rob's leadership contributed to enhanced KPI performance and the successful implementation of operational systems, including a new hours registration system and customer service model. Earlier experience includes serving as Supermarkt Manager at Albert Heijn from August 1996 to May 2002, where Rob focused on team management and budget oversight. Rob holds a VWO degree from RSG Slingerbos Harderwijk.
