Dwayne Soisson

Dwayne Soisson is an experienced operations executive with a progressive career in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at StimLabs since January 2024, Dwayne previously held the role of Vice President - Operations at Vaxxinity from March 2021 to October 2023. Prior to Vaxxinity, Dwayne was Vice President of Operations at Dendreon Pharmaceuticals LLC for a brief period in 2020 and at Dendreon itself from December 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Site Director and Plant Manager. Dwayne's extensive background at Merck spanned from 1992 to 2015, culminating in various leadership positions including Director of Technical Operations and Executive Director of Quality Operations. Dwayne holds an MBA from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
