Matt Storey

Matt Storey has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in broadcasting and education. Currently a Radio Host at Stingray since March 2012, Matt previously served as a Teacher with the York Catholic District School Board from June 2003 to August 2021. Prior to that, a significant period as a Stay-at-home Dad occurred from January 1994 to September 2003. Matt's early career in radio includes roles as a Radio Personality at Mix 99.9 fm from 1991 to 1994, and as PD, Music Director, and Afternoon Drive Host at 1480 CKAN from August 1988 to October 1991. Additionally, Matt worked as a DJ at O'Toole's from January 1986 to January 1989. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Education in Psychology from York University, completed between 1993 and 2003.
