Mick Weaver has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry, currently serving as the General Manager/General Sales Manager at Stingray since March 2019. Previously, Weaver held similar roles at Larche Communications Inc. from January 2008 to September 2018, where responsibilities included launching a new FM broadcast license and transforming it into a leading station despite competitive challenges. Weaver's career also includes a tenure at Rogers Communications from 2002 to 2008, managing sales for the top Classic Rock station in the nation's capital and pioneering online revenue streams. Earlier roles at Timmins Radio Group and Telemedia Radio Inc. involved launching new FM formats and managing revenue growth. Weaver earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton University between 1989 and 1993.
