Darrell Clark

Darrell Clark is an attorney and partner at Stinson LLP, focusing on the representation of creditors, debtors, committees, and trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 business bankruptcy cases. They have been with the firm since 2001 and serve as the managing partner of the Washington, DC office. Darrell joined Stinson following a clerkship with United States Bankruptcy Judge Barry S. Schermer and has extensive experience in various bankruptcy-related matters, including telecommunications and healthcare insolvency issues. They are also the editor and contributing author of "Real Estate Practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia" and have presented at numerous national conventions. Darrell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Connecticut College and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
