James Sticha

James Sticha, J.D., is a corporate attorney and partner at Stinson LLP, specializing in private and family businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and outside general counsel services. With extensive experience, they have represented private companies in various business transactions and have served as external counsel, guiding clients through day-to-day legal matters. A lifelong resident of Saint Paul, James is actively involved in the Twin Cities community and holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of St. Thomas and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
