John Schroeder

John Schroeder is a partner at Stinson LLP, specializing in intellectual property law and litigation. They have extensive experience litigating technology and intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, and trade secret cases in various courts. John possesses specialized skills in challenging and defending patent validity in Inter Parte Review (IPR) and Post Grant Review (PGR) proceedings, along with appellate practice before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to their current role, John served in various capacities, including as a Paint Process Engineer at General Motors and a Faculty Fellow at Saint Louis University. They hold a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law, an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
