Lowell Noteboom is currently the Assistant General Counsel at Stinson LLP, where they have also served as General Counsel since the firm's merger in 2014. With over 40 years of experience in the construction law field, Lowell has represented a diverse range of clients, including contractors and owners across North America. As a founding chair of the firm’s Construction Law practice group, they provide counsel to executives and have been recognized as a Super Lawyer® and among the Top 40 Alternative Dispute Resolution attorneys. In addition to their legal practice, Lowell has dedicated time to nonprofit governance and strategic planning, holding leadership roles in various organizations, including the League of American Orchestras and the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. They began their education with a BA in Mathematics and Physics from Augustana University and later earned a JD from the University of Denver.
