Robert Kugler

Rob Kugler, J.D., is the Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Division at Stinson LLP, where they leverage extensive complex commercial litigation experience to advocate for a diverse range of clients. Since 2014, Rob has served as Deputy Chair in the same division, and they have been involved in various bankruptcy proceedings, representing creditors, shareholders, and governance boards among others. An accomplished attorney with a background in agribusiness, real estate, and mining, Rob skillfully navigates litigation related to insurance issues and business torts. They earned a B.A. in Speech and Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College and a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
