Ruth Rivard

Ruth Rivard is an Intellectual Property Attorney at Stinson LLP, where they advise clients on patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright law. They focus on helping clients manage, protect, and enforce their intellectual property rights, including trademark and domain name enforcement and licensing agreements. Ruth has represented clients in various litigation matters, including trademark and copyright cases, and has appeared in both federal and state courts. Prior to their legal career, Ruth was a stay-at-home parent, a volunteer art teacher, and a soccer coach for their children. Ruth holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Purdue University.
