Reshma Ramachandra

Reshma Ramachandra started their work experience in 2012 as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they designed data flow between distributed systems and worked closely with business contacts and clients to set up critical file transmissions. Reshma then joined JP Morgan Chase in 2014 as an Associate, contributing to the global financial services firm's operations. In 2020, Reshma became a Quality Assurance Specialist at WhiteHat Jr, focusing on recruitment, training, succession planning, and identifying training needs. Reshma then transitioned to Edureka in 2022, where they served as a Manager- Trainer Onboarding, responsible for training new instructors, managing performance, and resolving incidents. After that, Reshma worked as a Warehouse Operative at B&M Retail for a few months before joining Stint in 2023 as a General Support employee.

Reshma Ramachandra completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in computer science from BNM Institute Of Technology in 2012. In 2022, they enrolled in the University of Liverpool to pursue a master's degree in project management. Additionally, Reshma has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In September 2015, they obtained the Certified File Transfer Professional certification from the Certified File Transfer Professional Advisory Board. In March 2023, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from Infocareer Pvt. Ltd. Chennai. Furthermore, in June 2023, they acquired the following certifications: Agile Foundations, Creating a Top Talent Program, Project Management Skills for Leaders, Project Manager to Project Motivator: Unlock the Secrets of Strengths-Based Project Management, and Talent Management. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in various areas related to project management.
