John Pepper

John Pepper is an experienced Senior Product Line Manager currently at Stio® since January 2024, with a strong background in product management demonstrated through roles at PEARL iZUMi and United Sports Brands. Previous positions include Senior Product Line Manager and Product Line Manager at PEARL iZUMi, and Global Product Line Manager for Fox Racing. In addition to corporate experience, John Pepper co-founded Boone Independent Restaurants.org, a nonprofit aimed at supporting independent hospitality businesses in Northwest North Carolina. John Pepper holds an MBA focused on Assortment Planning and Customer Journeys from the University of Wisconsin Colleges and a B.B.A. in Finance and Banking from Appalachian State University.
