Larry is the Founder and President Emeritus of Management Systems International. He has more than 40 years’ experience in the fields of strategic management, public sector reform and international development. He currently serves as President of the Society for International Development, Board Chair of World Learning, and on the Boards of ELMA Philanthropies and the National Academy of Public Administration.
