Josh Smith

Josh Smith is an accomplished financial professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment management and technology. Currently serving as the Managing Director at F.D.R. LLC since June 2025, Josh also holds positions as a Board Member at Stix Golf Co and Zippy, where responsibilities include leading Series Seed investments. Previously, Josh co-founded VRGL and served as its CEO, co-founded and led Solovis as CEO, and acted as a Board Member at Bridge Financial Technology.
