Joss Shields

Joss Shields has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as an Assistant Manager at Kmart Corporation in March 1997, where they contributed to the smooth functioning of the store. In October 1998, Joss joined Sun Communications as a Systems Technician, where they excelled in maintaining and troubleshooting communication systems until March 2006. Following this, Joss joined STL Communications as a Project Manager/Technician in March 2006, undertaking responsibilities related to project management and technical work. Throughout their career, Joss has displayed adaptability and expertise in various roles within the telecommunications industry.

Joss Shields started their education in 1996 at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they pursued a general field of study. This phase of their education lasted until 1997. Following a gap in education, Joss resumed their studies in 2006 at Avaya University, specializing in IP Office Implementation. Joss obtained a degree named ACSS-SMEC in this specific field of study, and their education at Avaya University is ongoing.
