Erin is entering her 4th year on the STL Sitter team; she oversees operations and logistics on their platform, after their team clocks out for the day. She keeps families up to speed on any pending requests, returns urgent voicemails, and helps find alternate care when sitters are sick, or families need help at the last minute.
