From 2016-2020, they were an Executive Board Member at Skill Demand. From 2014-2015, they were Founder and Advisory Board Member at Innovation Digi. During 2015, they were Principal at NLogix, providing IT Support such as Infrastructure services, technical helpdesk support, cloud services, call center, computer support, and consulting. Finally, from 2001-2014, they were Lead Technologist at Eli Lilly and Company, managing customers and consulting with best practices for front-end architecture.
