Swen Faes

Swen Faes is the Manager of Corporate HR at STOBAG AG, where they are responsible for overseeing various functions along the Employee Life Cycle and supporting leaders during transformation processes. Prior to this role, they served as HR Manager at NIKIN AG from 2020 to 2024, where they developed HR strategies and managed the entire Employee Life Cycle. Swen completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on HR at the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW from 2019 to 2023, and holds a vocational maturity in business from KV Lenzburg-Reinach. Their early experience includes a commercial apprenticeship with Coperion K-Tron and service as an Infantry Sergeant in the Swiss Armed Forces.
