Tanja Vollenweider

Tanja Vollenweider has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles in different companies. Tanja is currently working as the Head Corporate HR at STOBAG AG since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Prüfungsexpertin eidg. dipl. Leiter:innen HR at H|R|S|E Human Resources Swiss Exams starting in September 2021.

Before their current positions, Tanja served as an HR Service Partner (a.i.) at localsearch (Swisscom Directories AG) from August 2020 to December 2020. Tanja was also the Head of HR at Doppelleu Boxer from February 2020 to July 2020.

From 2014 to 2020, Tanja held the role of Head of HR at JobCloud AG | jobup.ch - jobs.ch. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Tamedia from 2010 to 2014, at ENGIE from 2006 to 2010, and at Microsoft Schweiz GmbH from 2001 to 2006.

Tanja Vollenweider's education history begins in 1998 when they attended KLZ Zürich and earned an "eidg. dipl." in HR Fachleute. From 2003 to 2006, they went to KV Business School Zürich and obtained a diploma in Betriebswirtschaft. In 2018, Tanja enrolled at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration in Zurich, where they pursued a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Leadership until 2019. Most recently, in 2023 and 2024, they attended the isi - institut für systemische impulse, entwicklung und führung, studying for a degree called Systemische Essentials with a focus on coaching.
