Anna Solovjeva

Anna Solovjeva has over 18 years of experience in IT management, with a notable tenure at Stockmann since January 2009, where Anna currently serves as Sales Solution IT Manager and IT Service Manager. In these roles, Anna oversees the daily operations of the POS system within the store trade chain, ensuring SLA compliance and performing application usage analysis for cost optimization. Prior to Stockmann, Anna held the position of IT Director at Автотрейд АГ from June 2007 to January 2009, where Anna established an IT department from the ground up, implemented network designs, developed call-center software, and instituted incident and change request management systems. Anna's career began at Stockmann as a PC Support Specialist from August 2005 to June 2007. Anna holds a degree in engineering physics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and additional education from the Учебный Центр "Специалист" при МГТУ им Баумана.
