Vera Toivonen

Vera Toivonen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering, IT, and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Business Solution Owner for CRM and Digital Marketing at Stockmann, Vera has successfully led the Personalization program and the marketing automation solution renewal initiative. Prior experience includes roles as Solution Manager and Technical Product Owner at Elisa, where Vera facilitated collaboration between teams and stakeholders, and served as Development Manager and IT Architect at YIT, leading initiatives in digitalization and management system implementation within the construction sector. Vera began the career as a Project Engineer at NCC and has also held various positions in customer service and production. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Aalto University and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, along with a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of Helsinki.
