Steve Loppnow

Steve Loppnow is the Sustainability Account Manager at stok. Steve has over 10 years of experience in the sustainability field and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Steve started their career as a Sustainability Coordinator with YR&G, a WSP Company, before moving up to Sustainability Manager. Steve then spent two years as the Senior Sustainability Manager at WSP USA before joining stok in 2021. Steve is a graduate of Colorado State University, where they earned their degree in Construction Management.

Steve Loppnow has a Business Certificate in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Painting from Ohio Wesleyan University. Steve also has certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in LEED Green Rater, LEED AP Homes, Green Globes Professional, LEED AP O+M, and LEED AP BD+C.
