Sofia Melograno has extensive experience in strategy and marketing, previously holding prominent roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they served as Acting Director for International Strategy and contributed to several key brands including Bumble and bumble and Tom Ford Beauty. Sofia founded Beru, a children's apparel brand, which gained recognition and was featured in numerous publications. Now, they are the Product Marketing Director for Stokke and are pursuing further education in Development Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies. Sofia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
