Ilya Kustov

Ilya Kustov is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial leadership within the beverage industry. Ilya served as Country Manager for Bacardi, overseeing operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia from May 2021 to July 2025, where full P&L ownership, commercial growth, and team leadership were key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Ilya was the Commercial Director for Russia, managing a significant team and achieving notable NSV growth. Ilya also held various positions at Bacardi, including National Key Account Director, and previously worked at Stoli® Group as Regional Director for Western Europe since August 2025, focusing on strategic partnerships and market optimization. Ilya's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Academy of Labour and Social Relations, an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School, and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
