Prior to this role, Steven held several key positions, including Commercial Sales Manager for the North-East and Northern Mid-West at TileBar, and Senior Director of Business Development. Steven also worked as Sales Manager for New England at Nemo Tile Company, leading the expansion of sales, operations, and logistics in the region. Earlier roles included Architectural Sales Representative at Dal-Tile and Contract Specialist at Patcraft, where focus was on client engagement and sales strategies. Steven's career began in sports management as Assistant General Manager for the Brisbane Bandits in the Australian Baseball League. Steven earned a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University and attended Phillips Exeter Academy.
