Chris Emm

Chris is a partner in Stone King's commercial property team, based in the Birmingham office. He specialises in advising Education sector clients, and has acted on several hundred Academy conversions, as well as numerous transfers, rebrokerages, Free School projects and general property matters. Chris joined the firm in 2022, having worked at Browne Jacobson LLP for nearly 18 years.
