Kara qualified as a Commercial Property Solicitor in 2013 after training in London before moving to the West Country following qualification and joined Stone King in 2016.
Kara specialises in advising education, charity and commercial clients. In the private sector Kara has advised on a number of acquisitions, disposals, undertaken title due diligence, advised on a variety of leases and a broad range of landlord and tenant issues. She has also acted on a number of academy conversions for state funded schools.
Kara has experience acting in the public sector also, dealing with property transactions for the NHS and construction projects for further education establishments on behalf of various Councils as well as acting for Housing Associations in their property dealings.
