We pride ourselves on always putting our customers’ needs first and upholding our mantra: ‘big enough to deliver and small enough to care’ which is why we are also proud to have an above-average client retention rate which we owe to our fantastic Management and Front-line team.

At Stone Security, our staff’s welfare and well-being is a top priority, which is why we have developed a stringent training programme to ensure they are well equipped, motivated and confident to deliver their duties. Our Management team works closely with each of our officers to ensure that they are comfortable and confident while being a constant source of knowledge and advice when required.

We are also part of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme and have been for the past six years. This scheme ensures that those under it work to industry standards, go above and beyond the line of duty to deliver exceptional customer service, professionalism and employee welfare. As part of this programme, we promise to make regular site visits, provide outstanding communication with our clients and staff and ensure someone is available 24/7 to take customer calls.

Everyone at Stone Security has worked their way up, so there is a deep understanding of our values and standards from the bottom up, and every member of our team strives to uphold our first-class promise.
