Amanda Roçado has extensive experience in customer relationship management and team leadership in the telecommunications sector. Currently at Stone since November 2022, Amanda holds the position of Líder de Mesa Encantamento across multiple levels. Previously, at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) from May 2015 to June 2022, Amanda served as Supervisora de Relacionamento ODC II and I, overseeing administrative teams responsible for consumer defense agency interactions for both B2B and B2C clients, while ensuring performance indicators were met.
