André Rolla

André Rolla is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as the Design System Manager at Stone since March 2024, Rolla previously held various leadership roles at Hotmart from February 2015 to October 2022, including Product Design Manager and Business Products' Design Coordinator. Throughout this tenure, significant contributions included expanding design teams, evolving design systems, structuring UX research, and mentoring design leaders. André also has a background in brand strategy and identity, having worked in branding consultancy and graphic design roles across multiple agencies. André holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidade FUMEC, a postgraduate degree in Brand Management from PUC Minas, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management at Fundação Dom Cabral.
