Andrew Amaral, a production engineer trained at the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul, began their career at a young age, working in various roles including project coordinator, software implementation analyst, and sales agent. Having lived in Tupi Paulista before moving to Campo Grande, they approach work with a strong sense of purpose, seeing it as a means to serve others while adding value.
