Beatriz Lacerda

Beatriz Lacerda is an experienced professional in the field of production engineering, having earned a bachelor's degree from the Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro. Beatriz began their career at Petrobras, where they worked for two years in the optimization and logistics of natural gas, focusing on supply and demand analyses and economic decision-making. Currently, Beatriz serves as a Team Leader at Stone in the commercial area, honing various soft skills such as communication, people management, and conflict resolution. In addition to their professional experience, Beatriz engaged in social development projects through AIESEC and volunteered with Engenheiros Sem Fronteiras. They are pursuing further education at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
