Camila Rucks

Camila Rucks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy. Currently serving as a Group Product Manager at Stone since August 2021, Camila previously held various roles at Grupo RBS from March 2014 to July 2021, including Strategy & Planning Specialist, Customer Retention Lead, and Planning & Management Senior Analyst. Responsibilities included monitoring newspaper business performance, preparing management reports, managing transformation projects, and overseeing action plans for optimal results. Earlier in Camila's career, as a Process Engineer Intern, technical expertise was provided to enhance manufacturing processes and implement Lean methodologies. Camila holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in Technology for Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and a degree in Engineering Management from Loughborough University.
