Carla Lima

Carla Lima, originally from Rio de Janeiro, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FGV and participated in an exchange program at the University of Coimbra through the Fórmula Santander scholarship. With nearly six years at Stone, Carla began as an intern in Customer Relationship Management and progressed to various leadership roles, focusing on human behavior and intra-entrepreneurship. Carla has created and developed training programs, facilitated integration events, and spearheaded onboarding processes in logistics. Carla remains committed to continuous adaptation and positively influencing society through her work.
