Dalton Reis is a seasoned professional in information security and data privacy, currently serving as the Senior Information Security & Privacy Manager and DPO at Stone since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dalton spent over four years at XP Inc. as a Partner and Information Security & Privacy Manager, and previously held the position of Information Security Manager at Italtel, focusing on cybersecurity strategy and compliance. Dalton's extensive experience includes managing projects at Deloitte, covering cyber risk assessment, penetration testing, and the development of Security Operation Centers. Dalton holds a specialization in Data Protection and Privacy from Insper and has a solid educational foundation in Data Processing from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo.
