Fernanda Teich

Fernanda Teich is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Stone since 2013, where also holds positions as Partner, and has worked in Sales and Customer Life Cycle, Operations, and Technology. Prior experience includes a Treasury Intern role at Vale and a Monitor of Microeconomics position at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, along with an internship in Credit at BNDES. Fernanda's educational background includes an Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan, an Executive Education in Behavioral Economics from Harvard Business School, and a Business Administration and Management program from Columbia University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Cologne.
