Gregor Ilg is currently the Head of Credit at Stone since November 2022 and is on garden leave from Home since May 2022. Ilg has extensive experience in the banking sector, having served at Banco Santander from November 1999 to May 2022 in various roles, including Head of Risks for SMEs and Corporate Credit Officer. Prior to that, Ilg worked at BankBoston from January 1991 to October 1999, progressing through positions such as Director of Corporate Credit and Risk Manager. Ilg holds a degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and completed further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
