Hugo Machado

Hugo Machado has been building their career at Stone since 2020, where they started as a commercial agent and progressed to team leader. In this role, they are responsible for hiring, training, and developing team members, as well as implementing effective strategies that produce results. Recognized as a Leader of Excellence for their people-focused leadership style, Hugo emphasizes achieving goals collaboratively with their team. Prior to Stone, they spent four years in various roles at Ambev, achieving significant sales results, and also ventured into entrepreneurship for three years. Hugo holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFF and studied finance at Universität Ulm during an exchange program.
