Leandro Teodoro is an experienced leader in operations, having served as Líder de Operação at Stone, where they managed customer service teams and drove continuous improvement projects focused on customer experience. Previously, Leandro held roles such as Assistente de relacionamento at Stone Pagamentos and Estagiário at ANAC and Radix Engenharia e Software. They have also contributed to team leadership and marketing as Diretor de Marketing at Pacto Consultoria Jr. Leandro completed an MBA in Retail Management at MBA USP/Esalq and holds a degree in Marketing from Instituto Politécnico de Bragança.
