Lia Carlos

Lia Carlos is currently the Head of Strategy at Stone, having previously worked as the Planning Executive Director at Méliuz. Lia also has experience as a Financial Planning Manager at Grupo ZAP and as a Senior Manager in Revenue Planning at Kroton. With a background in consulting and finance, Lia has held positions at companies such as Bain & Company, Credit Suisse, and Patria Investimentos. Lia holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.Eng. in Aeronautical-Mechanics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA).
