Lia Matos

Lia Matos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and marketing. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Stone since April 2015, Lia previously held the role of Family Office Director at Varbra from February 2012 to June 2016. Earlier in Lia's career, significant contributions were made at McKinsey & Company between April 2006 and February 2012, where positions included Associate Principal and Engagement Manager. Academic achievements include a PhD in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained from 1999 to 2005, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, earned from 1995 to 1998.
