Lucas Pavanelli

Lucas Pavanelli is a Senior AI Engineer at Stone since July 2025, previously serving as an AI Research Engineer at aiXplain from July 2021 to July 2025, where key contributions included architecting an AI agents framework and leading the development of the FineTune product for NLP tasks. Prior experiences include positions as a Data Scientist and Software Engineer Intern at Jobzi, an Undergraduate Research role at GALGOS, and various teaching assistantships at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Lucas holds a Master of Computer Science in Information Extraction and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, as well as a technical degree in Programming from ORT Institute of Technology.
