Matheus Amarante is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2023. They have held various roles in customer experience and banking, currently serving as a Senior Banking Analyst at Stone, where they focus on customer satisfaction, data analysis, and training new team members. Previously, Matheus worked at INEA and the Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, gaining valuable experience in administrative support and resource management. They also contributed as the Director of Human Resources at IM Consultoria, overseeing training and recruitment processes.
