Micaela Burcatovsky

Micaela Burcatovsky is a Project Manager at Stone since December 2020, leading the Operational Excellence team focused on recruitment projects, candidate experience, and program management. Micaela has held various roles in recruitment, including managing recruitment operations and enhancing the performance of recruitment teams. Prior to Stone, Micaela worked at Kenoby from November 2016 to November 2020 in customer success and sales development roles. Micaela's early career included merchandising roles at DOLCE&GABBANA S.r.l. and internships at Marcyn and Casa das Cuecas. Micaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a specialization in international business management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and has completed education at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
