Nelson Silva has extensive experience in operational and commercial management, having held positions in various companies since 2018. Notably, Nelson served as Gerente de operações at Concentrix, managing a team of over 100 agents and overseeing performance metrics for an e-commerce platform. Following this, Nelson worked as Supervisor comercial at Pris Food and Grupo Pris Embalagens, coordinating sales strategies and team performance. Currently, Nelson is a Gerente de negócios at Stone and previously held the role of Coordenador comercial at Wasco Indústria Automotiva. Educational qualifications include a Curso Superior de Tecnologia in Management from UNIP and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
