Pedro Junqueira is currently serving as Design Manager II at Stone since July 2023, after progressing from Design Manager I. Previously, Pedro was Head of Service Design and Innovation at Estúdio Marte Design from March 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included organizational model creation, implementing team growth strategies, managing UX research and product design squads, and contributing to product development and client relationships. Prior experience includes roles at Oi S.A as Service Design Lead, enhancing digital transformation and user experiences, and at SulAmérica Seguros as IT Design Analyst, focusing on implementing Agile methodologies. Earlier work at MJV Technology & Innovation involved using Design Thinking for innovation projects. Pedro holds a master's degree in Technology, Product, and Innovation from UERJ, and additional master's and undergraduate degrees in design from IED São Paulo and Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial, respectively.
