Rafael Morassi

Rafael Morassi currently serves in the role of Gente e Gestão for Growth and Logistics at Stone since September 2022. Rafael’s extensive experience includes a decade at Anheuser-Busch InBev from August 2012 to August 2022, where positions included Head Regional de People, overseeing HR and performance for the Rio region with approximately 3,000 employees, and multiple Head Industrial roles managing beverage operations in Manaus and Curitiba. Prior experience includes leadership and production management roles at Rumo and internships at BASF, Volkswagen Group, and MVV Energie AG. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on People Management and Organizational Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and an Executive MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, as well as a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
