Raphael Hagi

Raphael Hagi is an accomplished Security Engineering Manager at Stone since February 2024, responsible for coordinating Application Security and Security Architecture teams while focusing on the personal and professional development of those teams. Prior experience includes roles as IT Tech Lead at Queima Diária, where technical leadership and people management were key responsibilities, and as Cybersecurity Coordinator at Neon, emphasizing Application Security and DevSecOps. Additionally, Hagi has contributed to the OWASP Foundation as Chapter Leader, facilitating events and promoting Information Security awareness. A solid background in application security, project management, and team development is supported by a Tecnólogo degree in Information Security from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and a certification in Project Management from FGV.
