Roberto Santos

Roberto Santos is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and managing software projects. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Stone since October 2024, Roberto previously held positions including Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Dito CRM from February 2022 to October 2024, and Tech Lead at Laborit from January 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities involved overseeing a team during a significant CMS migration project. Earlier roles include Senior Developer at Ide@l, contributing to a business intelligence platform and implementing best practices in software development, as well as working at Serasa Experian and GFT Group as a Senior Developer and System Analyst, respectively. Roberto's foundational experience includes developing and customizing ERP systems at INWGroup.
