Rodrigo Rolim

Rodrigo Rolim is currently the Head of Recruitment and HRBP Leader at Stone, where they lead a team focused on Inside Sales and Digital Natives. Previously, Rodrigo held the position of HRBP Leader at Pagar.me and gained diverse experience in sales and management roles at The Kraft Heinz Company. They began their career with internships at Construtora Borges & Santos Ltda and Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants. Rodrigo earned multiple degrees in Civil Engineering from universities in Brazil and Arizona State University.
